"Crimes and Punishment The Illustrated Crime Encyclopedia" H.S.Stuttman Inc.,Publishers, Westport, Conn?

Does anyone know anything about the set of encyclopedias (I have 28 vols.) or the publisher? I've tried to find anything about them but have come up blank. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
