Better college choice?

I got into colleges like conn college, george wash, lafayette, nyu but they are 50-60 thousand dollars so i couldn't really go to any. My choice has come down to SUNY Binghamton and Muhlenberg who has given me a 13,000 thousand dollar (possibly a little more) merit scholarship. I have thought about it for a long time and still think i want to go to Bing for the size and better reputation. I visited both. Girls were hotter at Muhlenberg tho. Would you say Bing is more respected?
