Good schools in Massachusetts?

I want to get a major in English/Secondary Education and minor in Business. What schools in Mass are the best for that? Im looking at getting in-state tuition, but I might move to Conn, so I want to see if there are better schools in Mass than Conn. I was thinking of going to UConn perhaps if I move.
