It's f-ing 2011...the color of one's skin or race shouldn't have any bearing of who you root for and who you don't. It had yellow flowers, and then small melons started growing all over. They look JUST like little watermelons, but I've noticed a few started turning yellow. Theyre a little bigger than a golf ball now. I'm just hoping it's not some weeds. My brother goes hunting and I went once and we saw some kind of melons growing in a ditch that looked almost like these. I dont want to dig it all up it it's actually a watermelon. How do I patch an underground spring coming under the house from underground footer?

At my mother's house, there is an underground spring making a 4ft sink hole under the house and a mini creek under there as well. it's entering through an apparent hole in the foundation footing underground. it sounds like hes very frustrated, i have a collie greyhound cross and they need at least two hours walking every day, with lots of running. greyhounds are known as 30 mph couch potatoes as they have a mad half hour when they run like crazy and then sleep all day and are very calm with the right exercise. it is not fair to get a greyhound and then say they are untrainable because nobody takes the time to look after them properly, going out in the garden is not a walk he needs to go for a good long run out in a big field.

Hi, I just got my retainer on yesterday. Ive been wearing it, but the bump metal part on the front of my retainer has been digging into my gum. -----U------U----- (pretend that was on my teeth, and one of the bumps is digging into my gum.) I know the feeling! Honestly the only thing that helped my unemployment depression was finding a job. I get paid just above minimum wage but just getting that pay check every two weeks is wonderful. How to become more petite?

I've been working out for a while now (6 months). I originally weighed 145 pounds and I'm now 140, but it's because I've gained a ton of muscle in addition to my fat loss. My legs are really muscular and I'm honestly not digging it. I really don't want to have so much muscle....I rather be slimmer instead of bulkier with muscle. I'm 5'5 and almost 17. I'm really curvy (as in hourglass shaped, not fat!) but I want to slim down instead of having a bunch of muscle. What I'm wondering, is how Christianity got mixed up into so many different "branches", so to speak. I get that there was corruption in the Church in historical times. But it seems like there are too many different ways of practicing Christianity. It isn't enough to say you're a Christian. You're a Protestant, or a Baptist, or Presbyterian, or Catholic. I'm not trying to bomb the religion, but if the Bible states how to practice Christianity, shouldn't the religion be more unified? How did the King get away with bending the rules because he wanted to divorce his wife? He created his own religious group, how is that allowed? I'm just confused as to why it isn't one big group of followers, and why different groups fight with each other.

One of my gerbils is acting strange and it's scaring me :(?

So, usually my male gerbil, Tom, is very active and he'll get on the wheel forever and dig and burrow, and move and play just nonstop. He's just a tiny ball of energy. Well, I'm staying at a friends house and my mom said that she probably would forget to feed my gerbils, so I was like ok, cool and I took them with me. My friend showed me to the room where I could keep them in, but it was cold in there and the gerbils would stay on a high dresser close to the ceiling vent. But I let them stay anyways. So within a couple of hours, I checked back and tried interacting with them. Tom didn't move and his eyes were closed and if he opened them, they weren't open all the way, and his fur was kind of sticking up and moist...he let me pet him and he slowly drifted to sleep again. He won't move, and when I try to give him a little push, he won't budge and just squeaks as if to say "leave me alone". I mean, that was a while ago, he's still the same, he went on his wheel once or twice, but not as fast or energetic as usual and he did get up and open his eyes and let the other gerbil, Jerry, groom him, he seems very sleepy and comfortable though, he yawns and stretches, but doesn't go into his home, he just lays in the open. Also, THE WATER BOTTLE WON'T STOP LEAKING OMG!?! and when I cleaned their cage for the first time with windex yesterday. I happen to be a working sax player but the trumpet players I know all seem to gravitate towards the Bach trumpets for jazz. Don't get too caught up in the equipment though, nothing takes the place of wood shedding and you should be able to pick up any working trumpet and play the gig with it. In my experience with saxes...they have tonally different characteristics some being warmer in sound than others but mouthpieces seem to make the most dramatic difference to me and I imagine the same goes for trumpets or other brass. I got into colleges like conn college, george wash, lafayette, nyu but they are 50-60 thousand dollars so i couldn't really go to any. My cat has a weird problem with digging at himself?

My cat is about 5 or 6 and he's digging at himself. He's been doing this since about 3-4 months ago. Back around that time, my people would scratch his back/tailbone and he'd lick the air. Now it's around his shoulder bones and his sides. He's digging at his skin and there's a lot of fur coming out and getting onto his claws. I've checked for fleas on him, and all I seen was a little bit of flea waste. It's not very noticeable, but I'm really worried about him. He HAS been around one cat with feline leukemia, but that cat got put down by one of my neighbors, and I don't think my cat and that cat made contact. My family is really too poor to take him to the vet and get him checked, and I highly doubt that he's up to date on all his shots. Im almost 25 weeks pregnant and I am having trouble with my right arm. Both of my hands keep falling asleep when I lay down it gets worse. My husband does not do so but I am very glad for it. I am one of the grateful people who can appreciate a man's natural musk. Identifying This Cornet?

I got this cornet from the flea market that I have no information about. I asked the seller and he had no idea either. I also asked my local music store and several trumpet forums, only with the same answer. The horn is what I think is an American Triumph from the company Harry Pedler and Sons by looking at it, made in Elkhart. It's serial number is 43218, but since I don't know about the manufacturers I can't find out the age and such. It looks like it has the shepherd's crook, only it has a more trumpet-shaped curve than the traditional crook. It also has VERY fast valves, which is due to the rare bottom spring caps, so it seems like it's quite an old trumpet. It also has a much larger mouthpiece opening, so the only mouthpiece that I could (barely) fit on there was one of my long-shank Holton mouthpieces, so I'm guessing it may have had a custom mouthpiece (which it didn't come with.) I found out only 2 things in my research: 1. Harry Pedler was also the creator of the first metal clarinet and 2. Harry Pedler and Sons was bought out by Conn, but when I called their customer service to ask about it, they said they have no history reports, so they pretty much don't know anything about the company they purchased. :/ If anyone is able to help me find out more about this it would be very much appreciated. :)

CatSitting...cat acting strange. HELP?

So me and my roommates are watching a friend's cat and she's acting strange. The first day she seemed fine, she was eating, exploring, purring etc. She followed us around rubbing our legs and everything. That all changed this morning. I think my neighbor's dog has serious aggression issues and I am not sure what to do.?

Alright they merge the two brands and make Raw three hours every week. SmackDown stays two hours but they keep both world titles and never unify them. This way matches would stay fresh and less people would become bored with WWE. And here's what to do about PG...KEEP IT! and take advantage of the freedom they do have. Try googling the brand name and the words "default IP address" and enter that address in the address bar in your web browser. Laptop/Router Problem?

I have a new Netgear WNDR3400 wireless router. My main desktop, wifi on smartphone and the wireless internet conn for the DVR work fine, so the router seems to be doing it's job. However, my laptop shows "connected" but there is no internet connection for any site. I have tried disabling my anti-virus program and the windows firewall to no avail. I am using WPA-PSK [AES] security option recommended by Netgear and have tried WEP. Wireless signal is excellent. I previously had a combined modem/router and the laptop worked fine on that. The laptop has built-in WI-FI. Why will my laptop not get wireless internet when other devices work fine through this router? Thanks in advance!

Dempsey's are hard to put other fish with...from personal experience i never was able to house them with other fish that's one of the reasons i don't keep them anymore....if you wanted to try i would say maybe there are 2-3 fish that are just as "tough" as the Dempsey's. one being the Red Devil two being the Jaguar cichlid and three would be the Texas cichlid...the only problem with having these fish mixed together is that there all predatory fish and will constantly fight even the two Dempsey's if their both males they will fight when they hit maturity as well and it will be a disaster for you...they also have a problem with digging up plants and moving the gravel around and what their actually doing is marking the territory already so don't be surprised if they start to fight sooner than later...i hope this was a help to you and good luck!

Hi. My son is 4. he was diagnosed with mild to moderate autism. He will be placed in a special ed preschool in Crescent elementary school in anaheim, orange county starting august. My question is that should we keep him in private school/day care and private speech therapy like he's been doing for the past two months or withdraw him and put him in public special ed preschool? he will be around special need children with maybe one or two typical kids as peer model. he will also get 40 minutes of speech therapy per week with the school district. what should i do? does anyone knows the effectiveness of orange unified school district in dealing with autistic children? thanks

In all honesty, the Heat could have easily swept the Dallas Mavericks. Game 2: the Heat were up by 15 with 7 minutes to go, then they gave the game to the Mavs in a gift wrapped box. I was a freshman for the year '10-'11. I made varsity. If you show the coach that you are willing to listen and take any advice that the coach gives you, they will keep their eye on you, and will definitely consider you, to be ON the team, you have to show the coach that you actually TAKE her advice and suggestions and use it, and try to improve your skills. Also ask a lot of questions . When they give you advice, over emphasize. For example, if your coach tells you too keep your arms straight, then make it a little straighter than you naturally or usually would, just to show the coach that you are really trying and listening. :) that's what i did, they moved me up from junior varsity tryouts, to varsity tryouts, and i made varsity, not because i was outstandingly great, but because i showed that i was cooperative, got along with the other players, and listened well and didn't give the coaches any trouble.
